B Titania Pietra eliminates water penetration into treated surfaces and the formation of salt efflorescence without altering the porosity or color of the treated surfaces.
The combination of titanium dioxide nano-dispersions and silane water-oil repellents gives treated surfaces “self-cleaning” properties against organic substances with which they come into contact. The photocatalytic effect develops only in the presence of sunlight and allows for the reduction of air pollutants by lowering the percentage of NOx and SOx present in the atmosphere.

B Titania Pietra Protector is ready to use and should be applied to clean, dry, absorbent mineral surfaces where there is no risk of capillary action.
Treat only to surfaces that are out of direct sunlight and are cold. Fill any cracks larger than 0.3 mm.
Apply the protective product with airless pumps in one or more coats, wet on wet, until saturation is achieved.
